                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM NEAL S. TERUYA AND MARY
                   L. TERUYA RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 73-B-1,
                   BIG RIDGE COLLECTOR SEWERS III, TRACT NO.
                   641, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF FOUR
                   THOUSAND DOLLARS ($4,000.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Neal S. Teruya and Mary L.
       Teruya relative to Contract No. 73B-1, Big Ridge Collector Sewers 

       III, Tract No. 641, for a total consideration of Four Thousand
       Dollars ($4,000.00).
